CONVIN S.A., officially authorized by EOS as the Local Organiser, has secured a number of rooms, in various hotels of all categories in Athens near the 2024 EOS Congress Venue. Early booking is highly recommended.

You are strongly advised to be alert for unauthorized agents who may contact you directly by email or phone, offering their services. CONVIN SA is the only authorized agency, offering land services in Athens on behalf of EOS 2024.

Renovation

• 2008 – Total Renovation (all public areas, event rooms & hotel rooms except the conference room in 2nd floor
• 2018 – Total Renovation of event hall in 2nd floor
• 2019 – Renovation of reception area with addition of decorative timer constructions and carpet and floor change. Replacement of TVs in rooms with new technology devices

Sustainability

• Heat pumps have been installed in order to order to reduce energy consumption, in the process of replacing the bulbs with led bulbs (about 90% has been changed)
• Food leftovers are separated and disposed of in separate bins
• Recycle of paper, glass, batteries, bulbs and electrical appliances, plastic and aluminium
• Recycle cooking oils and inks from printers

Sustainability

• Follows the Green Engage program of the Intercontinental Hotel Group, which suggests solutions and proposals for energy savings and carbon footprint reduction.

• Food that has not been consumed is offered to organizations (Cooperation with (“OloiMaziBoroume”)
• The hotel participates in the bio-waste recycling program of the Municipality of Athens
• A recycling process is followed for paper, plastic, aluminium, inks, batteries.
